Our Story

A fight family since 1909. A charity since 2026. Same corner.

The roots

It started four generations back.

Aaron Kimball’s great grandfather started in martial arts in 1909. His grandfather followed in 1939. Aaron grew up in that line, and in 1997 he opened TCB Fight Factory in Rogers, Arkansas.

Over the years the gym turned into something bigger than a gym. Aaron has described students who lost a hundred pounds or more, kids from broken homes, and national champions, all training on the same mats. Kids on juvenile probation trained there. Coaches found their own way back there.

In 2025 the family opened TCB Missouri in Cassville, in the old American Legion building on Highway 112. The motto went with them: find your fight.

In April 2026 they made the mission official and formed Fighting Chance, a nonprofit built to do on purpose what the gym had been doing for years.

Founder

Aaron Kimball

Founder, owner, and head coach of TCB Fight Factory. TCB lists him as an IKF Coach of the Year and an undefeated Golden Gloves boxer. He coaches boxing, kickboxing, MMA, jiu jitsu, and wrestling, and he runs the fight team.

President, Fighting Chance

Heather Kimball

Cofounder of TCB Fight Factory, where she runs operations: the schedule, the member experience, fight team logistics, and the youth program. The IKF named her Arkansas’s Most Inspirational Female.

Physical. Mental. Spiritual. That is how Aaron describes what the gym is for.

How it’s set up

A separate nonprofit, on purpose.

Fighting Chance and TCB Fight Factory share a family and a gym floor. Fighting Chance is its own corporation with its own board, so every gift stays with the mission.
